This is a genuine Remington product that fits perfectly so no problems there. Like most of these attachment/ combs this is made from rather brittle plastic which breaks all to easily and this particular size is becoming harder to obtain so treat it with kid gloves as it will end up being cheaper to buy a new complete trimmer Shame as it'll mean writing off a perfectly good trimmer that I love shame the attachments are crap and this is the only size I really use.
